We were only in the capital for approximately 4 hours but we got to see every monument on the mall. We really walked a lot very quickly. It was a lot of fun and we are planning a return trip to Washington in the next year or two. The picture of the Iwo Jima Monument was taken when we visited Arlinton National Cemetary that evening.
